The China National Coatings Industry Association and the People's Government of Puyang City held a cooperation signing ceremony for the "Zhongtu Hezhong Coatings Industry Green Development (Puyang) Guiding Fund" in Dongguan on the 26th.

The establishment of the Zhongtu Hezhong Coatings Industry Green Development (Puyang) Guiding Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund") aims to drive the rapid development of Puyang's strategic industry - the coatings industry, and give full play to the leading position and resource platform role of national industry associations in the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. It was jointly initiated and established by the fund management company, the China National Coatings Industry Association, Puyang Industrial Park Construction Investment Co., Ltd. and Puyang Investment Group Co., LTD. It will give full play to its own advantages and jointly contribute to the green development of the coatings industry in Puyang City, achieving a win-win situation.

Sun Lianying, the president of the China National Coatings Industry Association, said that accelerating the construction of ecological civilization and practicing green development have become important strategic policies for China to achieve sustainable development. The "Green Development Plan for Industry (2016-2020)" and the "Implementation Guide for Green Manufacturing Project (2016-2020)" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as well as the "Action Plan for Green Development in the Petroleum and Chemical Industry" released by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, all propose to accelerate the construction of a green manufacturing system. Promoting the all-round development of green products, green factories, green parks and green supply chains will become an important task at present.
